Once your order is placed, it will go through a processing phase where we verify payment, prepare your items, and pack them for shipment. Processing typically takes 1–2 business days, depending on order volume and availability. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
We aim to ensure all items are carefully inspected and packed before shipment to prevent any damage during transit. Should there be any delays in processing, we will notify you as soon as possible.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer various shipping methods to suit your needs. The following delivery timeframes are estimated from the date of shipment and may vary depending on the destination, weather conditions, and other factors outside of our control:
Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (Available for select regions)
Shipping times are subject to availability, and delays may occur during busy seasons or due to circumstances such as extreme weather or public holidays.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight of the items, and the selected shipping method. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100. If you wish to upgrade your shipping method, the additional cost will be applied at checkout.
For international orders, the shipping cost will be calculated based on the delivery address and the weight of your order. Customs fees and import duties are not included in the shipping cost and may be due upon delivery.
4. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to many countries around the world. The shipping cost will be determined at checkout based on the weight of your items and the delivery address. Delivery times for international orders may vary, typically ranging from 7–14 business days, depending on the destination country.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees associated with their order. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential import charges.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment through our courier partner’s website. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment, so please check back later if there are no updates immediately.

6. Shipping Restrictions
We currently only ship to residential and commercial addresses. P.O. Box addresses are not supported for expedited or international orders. If your order is returned due to an invalid address, we will reach out to you to update your details, and you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.
7. Order Confirmation & Shipping Notifications
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with all the details of your purchase. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

8. Lost or Damaged Items
While we take great care in ensuring that your order is packaged securely, we understand that issues may occasionally arise during transit. If your order is lost or damaged in shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the tracking update or delivery confirmation. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue and ensure that you are either refunded or receive a replacement for your item(s).
9. Delivery Issues & Missed Deliveries
If your package is returned to us due to a missed delivery or failed delivery attempt, we will reach out to you to arrange reshipping. In such cases, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.
If your tracking indicates that your order has been delivered, but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors or other members of your household. If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact the courier to file a claim and inform us, so we can assist you further.
10. Shipping Address Changes
Once an order is placed and processed, we are unable to change the shipping address. Please double-check your shipping details before completing the order. If you need to modify the address before processing, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate the change, depending on the stage of the fulfillment process.
11. Signature on Delivery
For certain high-value orders, a signature upon delivery may be required. This ensures that your package is received securely and directly by you. If you are unavailable to sign for the package, the courier may leave a note for you to arrange a redelivery or pick up the package from a local facility.
